my wife is an NVQ level4 student in London(22-02-2009 to 22-05-2010). she didnt finish her course.I am in London under tier1 visa and searching for a job.but hard to get it.How can she change her visa to tier1 dependant visa,Is it possible for her to apply from london it self

I have completed my MSc and is just awaiting graduation on this December. An automated mail from UKBA says that I can now work full time, then convert to PSW visa when I have satisfied the 3-month bank fund/deposit requirement.

My question: Can I now work for company jobs classified as “permanent” considering that my leave would be continuous (from student to PSW)?

Please advise to my e-maid address.
